Nine Hollywood Receives Certificate of Occupancy
Construction wrapped up and the certificate of occupancy was issued for Nine Hollywood. The 18-story mixed-use structure includes 204 studio, one-, and two-bedroom residential units and 7,500 square feet of retail space. Community amenities include a pool, fitness center, lounge, and game room. The mixed-use tower was acquired by FundRebel for $62 million March 6, 2024 according to Broward County Property records.
