Nine Story Mixed-Use Building Proposed in Bed-Stuy
A 9-story mixed-use building proposed for 6 Howard Avenue in Brooklyn's Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood is now in the public review stage. Applicant, , submitted an application requesting a FRESH certification pursuant to ZR 63-30. This will be necessary in order to facilitate square feet of commercial space within the structure. Developed by, , the building will contain approximately rental units, spread across square feet. The building is being designed by, and will total square feet. The project site comes in the form of a vacant lot, which has been leveled and unoccupied for well over a decade. In that time, the lot has accumulated plenty of patina.
