Northampton St. Residences Under Review
Transom Real Estate along with Harbor Run Development have proposed a 47 unit project on the surface parking lot located on Northampton Street between the Southwest Corridor Park and Newcastle Court in Roxbury. The project would include a mix of studios through three bedrooms, all designated affordable along with a pocket park. No parking would be included on-site as the project is located just steps from the Orange Line.
