Newton-based, Northland Investment Corporation has acquired the property at 56 Christina Street in Newton for $12 million. The property features a 2-story 62,972 square-foot industrial building that was constructed in 1966. The structure features multiple loading docks and drive-in doors for transport vehicles.
The 3.4-acre lot, located in Newton, MA sits along the Charles River and a short distance from route I-95.
