Northwell Medical Pavilion Tops Out on UES

Construction crews have topped out the superstructure of the 16-story, "Northwell Medical Pavilion", going up at 1345 3rd Avenue on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

, the new, state-of-the-art medical facility, will be run by the Northwell Health Cancer Institute. It will serve as an outpatient care facility and provide specialized care for numerous cancer types, including breast, gastrointestinal, colorectal, gynecologic oncology, head and neck, neurosurgery, and thoracic. In addition, the facility will provide imaging and lab testing, cardiac care, acute and chronic disease management, neuroscience programs, social work services, and a sleep study center.
