The property features a 262-unit new-construction apartment community spread across seven buildings completed in September 2016. One Upland features one-, two and three-bedroom units. Communal amenities at One Upland include a clubhouse featuring a billiards room and a fitness center, a swimming pool and a lawn with a fireplace, a movie amphitheater, and dog parks. The property also features access to wooded trails on which to bike, walk or run.
