Notice of Project Change Approved for Mount Carmel Church Redevelopment
was granted a notice of project change for the Mount Carmel development in East Boston. Approved in 2019 with site-work on going, changes call for the conversion of 94 condominium units into rental apartments. The project will feature a two-phase redevelopment featuring 108 units and 114,565 SF of floorspace.
