Notice of Project Change Filed for 1M SF Sullivan Square Project
has filed a notice of project change for the first phase of development at 40 Roland Street in Charlestown's Sullivan Square. Planned lab space and 60 units have been removed from the project, scaling the phase back 252,500 SF. In its place, has planned an additional 72 workforce housing units at 128-142 Cambridge Street as well as a 6,700 SF park named "Innerbelt Square."
