Samuels & Alexandria Propose Another 550K SF Life Science Addition at 401 Park
Samuels & Associates & Alexandria have filed a notice of project change to construct an additional life science/retail building within the 401 Park site. The new building would include around 550,000 square feet of state-of-the-art life science space plus a 50,000 square foot Star market on the ground floor. Other improvements include additional green space surrounding the 401 Park campus to link pedestrian access to the MBTA Fenway Station. Per the filing, the development team hopes to begin construction in late 2021/early 2022.
