Notice of Project Change Updated for Dock Square Garage
Epsilon Associates has updated their September NPC filed for the Dock Square Garage project. The number of planned units, originally 209, was reduced to 134 in September. This has been reduced again to 125 units, with 16 units income-restricted.
Construction is expected to start in the 4th quarter of this year and last through the 4th quarter of 2022.
