All Saints Development LLC has agreed to buy the Notre Dame Education Center property at 200–204 Old Colony Ave. for undisclosed terms and would donate the 9,500 square feet of first-floor space to the adult education nonprofit. The center, which had been renting its current two-story brick building, purchased it for $4.5 million in August when its landlord put it up for sale.
