NPC Approved for 15 Necco
The BPDA has approved the notice of project change for 15 Necco in Fort Point. In May 2019, the partnership of National Development and Alexandria Real Estate Equities purchased the site from GE, who now lease back the newly renovated historic building next door. 15 Necco will feature around 316,000 square-feet of office/life sciences/research and development space with active ground floor uses including a community touch down space. The development team has also set aside nearly 5,000 square feet at 5 Necco for a community art space to be operated by the FPAC.
