NPC Approved for Avalon Brighton
BPDA approved an NPC for Avalon Brighton, an approved residential development that will construct two new LEED Silver-certified buildings with 228 total residences. Building 2 will now include 55 condos - up from 48 - including 1 additional affordable unit with 55 parking spaces.
