NPC Approved for Kenmore Square North Project
Related Beal has won approval to change the total square footage of the building to include 136,620 total square feet (down around 9,000 from the previous plan). The building would include 127,700 square feet of lab/R&D plus 8,569 square foot retail, a reduction in the retail space from the original plan of around 20,000.
