NPC Filed for 1199-1203 Blue Hill Ave. Project
Originally approved in September 2017, the developers behind this Mattapan project have now filed a notice of project change for the 1199-1203 Blue Hill Avenue project. Originally approved as 21 condos, new plans call for 32 rental units within the city's new Compact Living Guidelines. The project change also calls for the elimination of the parking garage, the project would instead have 11 surface parking spaces. Finally, the commercial space would be reduced from 3,000 square feet of retail plus 2,800 of restaurant to only a 2,500 square foot cafe or restaurant space.
