NPC Filed for 150 Kneeland, Hotel Swapped for Residential
The Hudson Group has filed a Notice of Project Change for 150 Kneeland Street. While the building envelope, height, and exterior design will remain virtually the same the project would not include 115 residential units instead of the originally approved 230 hotel rooms. Per the filing, the change comes "in light of the seismic shifts in the hospitality industry and the impact on capital markets caused by the COVID-19 pandemic." The mixed-use project will maintain the previously approved accessory uses such as meeting and fitness spaces and publicly-accessible food and beverage retail use on the ground floor.
