NPC Filed for Dock Square Garage
A notice of project change has been filed for the redevelopment of the Dock Square Garage. The change would reduce the number of units within the project from 209 to around 134, however, the floors would be reconfigured resulting in an increase in square footage (an additional 36,000). The building height and number of parking spaces would not be changed with the ground floor retail space being reduced from 11,500 to 9,000. The building's exterior design has also be adjusted. Construction is expected to start in the 4th quarter of this year and last through the 4th quarter of 2022.
