A notice of project change has been filed for Massport Marine Terminal Parcel 5 in the Seaport. The project's lineup has changed, with Stavis Seafoods, LLC taking over as developer of the project, and STA and Howard Stein Hudson joining the project.
Located within the Seaport District's Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, this proposed 211,370 sq ft seafood processing complex would be developed as a two-stage seafood-related building anticipated to be used by Stavis Seafoods.
