NPC Filed for South Boston Office Development, Change in Planned Tenants
The developer of the 69 A Street project in South Boston filed a notice of project change to drop CIEE's office portion. The project will move forward without CIEE occupying the planned office space and will instead lease it out to Genesis and Phase 3 Real Estate Partners.
The previously-approved project will create 33,700 square feet of office space and 12,000 square feet of retail space, including space for a new gym.
