NPC Released for Avalon Brighton Project
A notice of project change has been issued by New Boston Ventures for the planned Avalon Brighton development. The NPC has increased the unit count in Building 2, from 48 units to 55, bringing the total unit number up from 228 to 235. The number of parking spaces will also increase from 210 to 223.
The approved residential development will construct two new LEED Silver-certified buildings with 228 total residences on a 3.3-acre parcel located steps to the MBTA Green Line and Brighton Center.
