NU Presents Updated Plans for New Columbus Ave Dorm
Northeastern University has presented updated plans for the proposed dorm at 840 Columbus Avenue. Original plans called for 975 student beds but now the project would include around 800. Revised designs were also presented for the building’s 17,000 square foot community space, which would now comprise almost the entire first floor. NU and their development Partner American Campus Communities hope to break ground this summer on the project.
