NU Proposes 350,000 Square Foot Project at 795 Columbus Avenue
Northeastern University has filed plans for a new 350,000 square foot 8-story building to be located at 795 Columbus Avenue. The project would be across the street from the Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Complex (ISEC) completed in January 2017. This new building would contain additional classrooms, laboratories, and a dynamic new makerspace hub. It is anticipated that construction will start in the first quarter of 2020 and will last approximately 36 months.
