Permits have just been filed for an 11-story, mixed-use development at 97 Glenmore Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Proposed by the

(NYC HPD), the building would contain residential units and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a mix of enclosed and open parking with enough room for vehicles.

, the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. The project site encompasses 17 separate lots, all of which are owned by the city. Having sat vacant for years, the site is unimproved and no demolition would be required.
