Office Building Trades for $65M in Midtown East
A 24-story, office building, located at 360 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan's Midtown East section, has just been sold for $65 million. The property was purchased by Capstone Equities, from real estate fund, Savanna, in a deal brokered by Newmark.
Originally constructed in 1959, the building offers 238,294 square feet of commercial space. While this is primarily office space, the development also features ground-floor retail units.
