Office Outfit Wraps Up for One Post Office Square
Lake Contracting, Inc. has wrapped up a 9,500 SF office interior renovation at One Post Office Square. The tenant, American Multinational Investment Bank and Financial Services Corporation, is relocating from their current office a few blocks away downtown. The modernization and expansion of the existing 41-story, 515-foot-tall, 832,000-square-foot One Post Office Square include re-skinning the building in a glass curtain wall as well as mechanical, electrical, and elevator upgrades.
