Office, Retail, and Residential Proposed at Wells Fargo Clarendon Site
A proposal is under review to replace the aging banking structure with a 128-foot tall, 12-story structure featuring 238 apartments, nearly 67,000 sq. ft. of office space, about 34,500 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail. The project would consist of a 244 space, 2 levels-below-grade parking garage. The seller, Wells Fargo, is requiring that the developer keep the bank open for business during construction of the development.
