6192 Oxon Hill Road Update 12/07/20

Office to Hotel Conversion Approved in Prince George's County

The Prince George's County Planning Board has voted to approve the conversion of a vacant office building along Oxon Hill Road to a hotel. The 5-story, nearly 55,000 square foot building would feature 100 hotel rooms. Laxmi Hotels Group purchased the property in 2018 for $4M.
