Office to Residential Conversion Approved in Bailey's Crossroads
The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors has approved redevelopment plans for two office buildings at 5113 and 5111 Leesburg Pike. The board also approved over $13M in tax breaks from the project. The project would create over 500 live-work units, ranging in size from 600-1,300 square feet. Amenities will include a fitness center, coworking space, and music practice/production rooms.
