Office to Residential Conversion Approved in the South End
Redevelopment plans have been approved for the conversion of the existing building at 615 Albany Street from office to residential space. The project will add a 6th story to the building to create 24 housing units including 5 affordable units. The project is part of the City’s Office to Residential Conversion Incentive PILOT program, which officially launched in October of 2023.
