Approved Old Colony Campus in Quincy Sold for $6.8 Million
The Old Colony Campus - located at 180 Old Colony Avenue in North Quincy - has been acquired by the from Eastern Nazarene College for $6,800,000. The location of the Quincy Center for Innovation, plans call for the redevelopment of the 3-story office building for a new 57,000 gross square foot Richard DeCristofaro Learning Center.
