Part of the larger MIT Kendall Square Initiative, construction continues at One Broadway in Cambridge. This building holds retail, residential, and office spaces so some aspects of the project are still being built but the side of the building facing Broadway is completed. This location will hold Kendall Square's first full-service grocery store, Brothers Marketplace, a part of the Wellesley-based Roche Brothers chain, which opens on November 12.
