One Clinton Park developers and City of New Rochelle Running Social Media Contest For Rent-Free Year
RXR and New Rochelle are offering the chance for someone to live in one of the building's studios, which go for about 2,200 a month, for a year rent-free.
All that is required for the contest is for people to upload a video showcasing why they deserve the apartment to Twitter or Instagram. Then RXR and city officials will pick a winner from those with the most engagement.
The contest is open until September 13.
