One Congress Tops Off
The One Congress development team, joined by Mayor Kim Janey, celebrated the topping off of the 43 story office tower on Thursday, July 15th. Once complete, One Congress will offer one million square feet of office space set to be home to State Street. Towering at 600 feet, One Congress will feature breathtaking and unparalleled 360-degree views, overlooking Boston Harbor, North End, Financial District, Back Bay, and the Charles River. Planned amenities include an activated triple-height lobby with a coffee and wine bar, as well as Boston’s first full-floor amenity center, including a conference and event facility, exclusive in-building dining options, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a sophisticated living room, and library, and an expansive, landscaped outdoor terrace.
