One Newcomb Place, 23 new apartment residences, approved in South End
One Newcomb Place, a distinctive new building featuring 23 apartment residences which will be built by Haycon, was approved at last night (May 11th, 2017)’s Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) Board Meeting. The building will require additional approval from the City of Boston’s Zoning Board of Appeals in order to proceed with construction.
