One Park Sarasota Achieves 50% in Sales, Opens Sales Gallery

The developers have announced the grand opening of One Park Sarasota’s Sales Gallery located at 20 North Lemon Avenue.  The announcement of the gallery opening by Property Markets Group and Jebco Ventures coincides with One Park reaching the 50% mark in units sold. The sales center features a 10’ tall by 16’ wide LED wall that allows perspective residents to view the development and area, full-size model kitchen, and owner’s suite grand closet. 

One Park Sarasota, located on the corner of Boulevard of the Arts and North Tamiami Trail with views of the downtown Sarasota skyline, Bay Park and Sarasota Bay will offer 123 condominium units.  The residences, two to three bedrooms, will range from 2,460 to 4,219 square feet.  In addition, the One Park Penthouse Collection, features six residences from 5,480 to 8,340 square feet with private rooftops, plunge pools and summer kitchens.  The amenities for residents will feature a pool and spa deck, lounge, fitness center, golf room, private theater room, children’s playroom and One Park Executive Office Suites. Groundbreaking is expected in first quarter of 2023.
