One Winthrop Square Trades for $75 Million
The property at One Winthrop Square in downtown Boston has been acquired by Nan Fung Life Sciences Real Estate, a subsidiary of the Nan Fung Group for $75 million.
The property features a 5-story 102,567 square foot office building that was constructed in 1873. The brick building sits on a .53-acre parcel and was most recently renovated in 2008. The Class B building features a number of amenities including dry cleaning, banking, and 24-hour access.
