Orange Station Developers Seeking Merchants for Retail Space

With construction commencing soon, the developers of Orange Station in downtown St. Peterburg’s Edge District are working to fill the retail space.

The retail component of the project will offer six spaces, ranging from 1,100 to 4,000 square feet. According to Jay Miller, of J Square Developers, the company is ready to “begin discussions with dynamic retailers and restaurateurs that want to bring their unique brand” to the project.

Sales of the condominium portion began earlier this year. To date, 30% of the condominiums have been sold, including two of three penthouses.

Orange Station, on the site of the former St. Petersburg Police headquarters, will be comprised of five buildings featuring residential, office and retail space. The development will include 103 residential units, approximately 50,000 square feet of office space, 14,000 square feet of retail space and a 400-space parking garage.
