Ovation at Arrowbrook Officially Breaks Ground
The development team including SCG Developments, CBG Building Company, & DCS Design celebrated the official groundbreaking for Ovation at Arrowbrook on October 13th. The project will offer 274 affordable housing units along with 10,000 square feet of amenity space featuring a fitness center, business center, community rooms, a private interior courtyard.
