Palmetto Industrial Park On Track for Delivery
Construction is progressing and Palmetto Industrial Park is on schedule for the expected delivery of Q2 2023. The walls have been tilted, the roof is on and the exterior paint is halfway finished on Building 2. Additionally, the walls have been tilted on Buildings 1 and 3. The Palmetto Industrial Park will feature three Class A rear load buildings on 38.2 acres of land in Palmetto. Buildings 1 and 2 will be 160,00 square feet and will have 50 trailer parking spaces and 127 parking spaces for cars. Building three will offer 127,000 square feet, 27 trailer parking spaces and 84 parking spaces for cars.
