Pantzer Properties Acquires Matrix Hudson
New York-based, Pantzer Properties acquires Matrix Hudson Apartments for $44.225 million. The property features a 5-story residential building containing 176 apartments made up of 90 two-bedrooms and 86 one-bedroom units. The open-floor styled rentals include full kitchens, living areas and washers and dryers.
Of the apartments at Matrix Hudson, 44 are affordable housing, evenly split between one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.
