A permit has been issued to combine two parcels to one developable lot at Gardner Street and Charles Park Road in West Roxbury. The development will include eighteen three-bedroom townhouses, each with its own deck area/open space, garage, and driveway parking, and a mid-rise 70-unit apartment building.
