Park Kennedy Apts. Now Open
The Park Kennedy apartments, the first building within the Hill East development is now open. The luxury apartment community features 262 apartments along with 13,000 square feet of retail space. The studio through 2 bedroom homes are currently listed at around $1925 per month through $3400 per month. Amenities on-site include a rooftop lounge, fitness center, and coworking library. The development team also broke ground on the 2nd phase of the development, a second building to include 100 permanent supportive housing units.
