Parking Garage Tops Out at Blu Aventura
The parking garage has topped out as construction moves along at Blu Aventura. The upscale mixed-use development in Aventura, Florida will include mid-rise apartments with ground floor retail. The development will consist of two phases, East and West. Each phase will offer 350 apartments and 26,800 square feet of retail space. The studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments will range from 586 to 1,636 square feet. Amenities will include saltwater pools, multi-story clubhouses, gaming lounges, outdoor entertaining spaces, elevators, garage parking, virtual golf simulator with putting green, and rooftop terraces with lounges. Completion is anticipated in early 2026.
