Parkline Chicago Construction is Complete
The Moceri + Roszak developed and designed project is officially completed offering these luxurious units to new tenants, with the recent announcement of their first retail tenant being announced as a Starbucks, which will relocate from the building across the street to its new home in the Parkline Chicago on the corners of East Randolph Street and North Wabash Avenue.

This project brings a blue glass highrise less than two blocks away from Millenium Park and right next to the CTA Loop; this location is extremely desired. The Loop Neighborhood developers are focusing on providing more residential units in the neighborhood that mostly focused primarily on office and retail buildings.
