Parsippany Office Building Trades for $88M

A 5-story, Class-A office building, located at 300 Kimball Drive in Parsippany, New Jersey, has just changed hands for $88 million. The property was purchased by Signature Acquisitions from the previous owner, Sovereign Partners, in a deal brokered by JLL.

Originally constructed in 2001, and recently renovated in 2021, it contains square feet of leasable office space.

The building boasts several tenant amenities, including a fitness center with a golf simulator, a full-service cafeteria, a large dining area, a rec lounge, a conference center, an outdoor patio area, and a putting green.

The structure is also quite sustainably designed, having earned LEED Silver certification in 2013 and a very high Energy Star rating of 93, back in 2012.

Amassing nearly 9.3 acres, the property features a significant amount of parking, with 1,627 spaces, spanning both covered sections and surface-level lots. 300 Kimball Drive is conveniently located just a 30-minute drive from Manhattan and a 25-minute drive from Newark Airport.
