Partners Celebrate Completion of Arthur on Aberdeen
Construction on The Arthur on Aberdeen, located at 210 N. Aberdeen in Fulton Market, is now fully complete, though the building has been open to residents since May. The project involved a full renovation of the historic Arthur Harris building, transforming it into 10,500 square feet of retail space. In addition, a new 18-story, 239-foot-tall tower was built, featuring 363 residential units and 98 parking spaces. Amenities include a sky deck with a pool, a fitness center, a residents' lounge, and co-working spaces.
