Partners Celebrate Grand Re-Opening of Albany Terrace Apartments 

The Michaels Organization and CHA, along with community members and residents, celebrated the re-opening of Albany Terrace Apartments, a 17-story high-rise for seniors with low- and moderate-incomes in South Lawnside. The $93 million renovation included upgrades to all 350 units, as well as significant improvements to the building’s common areas and systems. New amenities now include an on-site management office, a fitness center, a health and wellness center, and a community room.
