Payette to Redevelop Holyoke Soldiers' Home

Payette has been awarded the bid to redevelop the Soldiers' Home, a 96-bed, 152,000 SF long-term care facility, proposing a new 320,500 SF building with 204 long-term care beds, and 10,000 SF of adult day health space - not available at the current facility.
