Updated Plans presented for 400 Unit Dorchester Project
An expanded development plan has been released for the Jan Karski Way Extension project in Dorchester. The development plan has revealed a construction budget of $150,000,000 and a slight modification of planned units from 406 to 403. The project will feature 14,665 square feet of retail space, and associated parking, landscape, streetscape, and utility improvements on 169,268 SF of land.
