Peebles Corp Files LOI for 432K SF Project on Parcel 13
The Peebles Corporation has filed a Letter of Intent for a 432,000 square foot mixed-use project on Air Rights Parcel 13 in Back Bay. The Parcel 13 site is located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Boylston Street, partially over the east and westbound lanes of the Mass. Pike and the MBTA Green Line Hynes Station. The proposed project would include a full-service luxury hotel with associated amenity space along with a condo component and first floor retail. As part of the project new MBTA headhouse access for Hynes Station at Boylston Street would be added along with improved access at Mass. Ave. and other public realm improvements.
